The hora nona is the ninth hour after sunrise.
Between 1615 and 1617 there were a series of frosts and hailstorms that lasted weeks and flooded crops that led to the so-called in Catalonia any del diluvi. These catastrophes were attributed to the spells of various women. In the small town of Viladrau, 14 women were convicted of being witches. They were accused, arrested, tortured and hanged, one of them at the hora nona, according to the record that registered the torments she suffered.Colour and B&W negative film : 6x7cm, 6x6cm, 4,5x6cm, 35mm.
